Couldn't stop laughing at NPR's Marketplace report that the people working the call centers in India hate their jobs, are getting burned out, and turnover rates are huge. It's getting so bad that they're having to go to less qualified people who have trouble speaking English.

As one who works for a company that proudly announced how they were going to save great piles of money by closing two call centers and outsourcing the work to Bangalore, this comes as great news. I hope these jobs come back here (I've nothing against Indians wanting to make a living, you understand, but my opinion is that American jobs belong here in America).
